Need better picture to be sure but looks like possible Aptasia to me. If it is it needsz to go ASAP.

not the best pic but my guess is aiptasia (glass nem)
even one is too many! if you can get a better pic post it but i wouldn't wait. if you can remove the piece easily, then take it out of the tank and put a little kalk paste , joes juice or aiptasia x on it then plug the crevace with a little putty. If you can't easily removed the rock, then just hit it with a little of the aforementioned stuff and plug it. They are a nightmare.
if you can get the rock out that's the safest way i've experienced with stopping the spreading. That way they wont release plenula into the water column when they get spooked and retract.
