First time seeing this worm

Came home today to see this crawling on my glass, have never seen anything similar in my tank before.

It is white with no visible markings and about 3/4 of an inch long, I thought it might be a stoma but no sign of shell on the top side. Any help appreciated!

It's a type of flat worm. I would remove it.
