I got some rocks from some one I don't know well to help cycle my tank, but now looking at them closer after 3 weeks, I am a bit concerned with the colours on them. I looked up the colour of cayno and other algea and I just cant determine if it is cayno or coralline algae. I would love to get some feedback from people who have understanding with these things. I added some photos to give a better idea.

I am wondering if this is something I should remove from my tank

I see algae, coraline and old crusting

Thank you for the response! Is the algae the green parts something to worry about or will my Mexican turbo snails deal with that? Also is the last two picks look like Dino to me. On one area of the rock, Should I be worried about that? And also the dry rock is turning golden brown in areas but doesn’t look fuzzy like the dark brown area

The things your worried about are things you will probably never be able to escape. Eventually everyone ends up battling the algae your concerned with. These things will all eventually find a balance in your system as it matures even though they may cause some short term uglies and frustrations. Those rocks look fine and I would toss them back into the tank.
