First time user of chemiclean

I’ve read a bunch but I’d like your opinion. Is there a certain time of day to use it ? And just run skimmer open with cup off ? Will my corals be ok ? I use filter floss should I take my floss and carbon out ?

The floss should be fine. Yes remove the carbon. Yes run the skimmer with the cup off, this will help add additional o2 to the water. Your corals should be ok, although they may close up for a day or 2.
