First time using a Hanna Checker - Ammonia

I just set up a Nuvo 20 AIO with 30 pounds of ocean rock. I got lucky as the rock was shipped in water and from the time I called until it was in my tank was less then 18 hours, crazy. KP Aquatics, killer. So, I am on day 10 and when I use API the last couple day my ammonia is nearly non existent. So I got a Hanna Checker for Ammonia and it is reading 0.04 PPM. I want to make sure I am not thinking this correctly, that is lower than the 0.1 PPM that is considered safe. Now, I know it isn't 0.00. But, I am thinking this correctly, right?

The life that came with these rocks is insane. Only a couple bad things 1 bubble of bubble algae and a Mantis shrimp that we wound up setting up a 6 gallon for, lol.
