Hello, I bought my first torch coral today and was wondering if the flow is good and if looks ok :)

Yeah it look nice in the picture and please share the entire image of the tank for more convenient look
 
Flow looks pretty good to me! It could probably take slightly more if needed.

That's a beautiful torch!

I agree, it looks OK but try slowly increasing flow (maybe 1-2 days between increases) to find what yields the look you're going for. You don't want it so high that the skeletal system is hurting/annoying the polyps.

I'm going to tag another R2R member who seems to have torch corals figured out! @LosReef's video:
 
I think it could use a little more but the polyps are extended and it looks happy. Some prefer lower flow.
