First off, let me premise this with my tank is still dry, I couldn't buy anything.
Now on to the FUN STUFF! We are all aware that Cherry Corals is no slouch when it comes to photo skills, and me going to take more pictures of corals that are already very well documented did not make a lot of sense to me. What I did want to do is see the Radion fixtures in person, as well as the AI and T5 tanks.
I was NOT disappointed! The "club" is in a non-traditional retail location, which is perfect! The club is close to 96, and only a few turns away from the expressway. There is an office type room up front, and then in back is where all the fun happens, on the left is all the vats, to the right it is an open area with storage racks, that will be full of STUFF at some point.
The facility is nearly spotless, the vats are high off the ground, which is great for me, as I am 6'2", and there is ample space between the vats for walking past others that are looking at one of the other vats. Also along the left most wall is the filtration systems, which hold milk crates full of Marco rock, or sand, and those GINORMOUS skimmers. Cherry Corals uses ESV salt, and they had a 600 gallon, and 200 gallon (I think) water storage units for water changes, these water storage tanks were plumbed into the each of the systems, via a network of valves, to make water changes and top off easy.
On the right when you walk into the back, there is the fragging station, which is also well thought out, and clean!
James and I had a wonderful visit, next month we will free Ethan from his family, and bring him along to show off! Enough with the text.... on to the pictures!

OWWWW My eyes! Look at all the colors!

One of the many vats!

Pretties!

WoW! These things are really COOL!

Precious moments, these are the best!
I had a great time hanging out with fellow addicts, it was nice to see David and Alex again too! I also met the reefer that ended up with my 4' T5 DIY light that I made a few years ago, unfortunately I can't remember his name. (I am terrible with names.) This CLUB will end up with a pretty good chunk of my fish tank budget I am sure. I know that I will be making monthly visits, whether I have the cash or not, as the atmosphere of the club is great! It really was a good time to hang out with friends, and have so much to talk about.
Great Job Todd and Brent, you have created a real gem, and you should be proud of all the hard work!
