First water change timing?

Parameters:

Salinity: 1.025.
Ammonia: 0
Nitirite: 0
Nitrate: 25.5
Phosphate: .13
PH: 8.1
Alkalinity: 7.1
Calcium: 415
Magnesium: 1280

120g display w/ 30g sump. Using Red Sea blue bucket salt. I have 5 turbo snails, 5 hermit crabs and two clowns.

I assume I should start some regular water changes now, but not sure what is the right amount? 10%, more, less?

Anything tips improve the stats above?
 
Suggest one now as the first? Or wait a couple weeks since the fish went in Friday and the crew a week before that
 
If possible, see if you can automate it...

One of those things I'd let slip, until 5-10 gallons a day was done for me ;)
Have a drain near or do you drain into something? Ihave thought about automation, I just have no water or drain nearby unless I go through the attic…
 
Straight up the wall is the HVAC drain. Have conduit going up the wall behind the tank.
