First WAV unboxing video!

Is it me...or are those not Neptune Wav's in that tank...

They are turned sideways giving them a lower profile look from the front and so you can kick the flow at an angle toward the front glass. The WAV are about a 20% narrower than they are tall, even narrower than an MP40 wet side.

They seem like they're extending out pretty far into the tank? Do you have a measurement from the glass to the tip of the pump head?

That is what I am saying...it looks like some sort of spacer of some sort...

The WAV with the mount protrudes about 4" into the tank. It looks more exaggerated in this video because the pump is sideways and a lot thinner in that dimension.

That is an optical illusion with the reflection of the mount in the glass combined with the fact that he has them angled outward.

How far can they be angled? Can the "dry side" magenet be submerged in water to mount on an overflow?

They can be tiled ~20+ degrees each direction and then rotated 360 of course. Yes the magnets are sealed and submersible.

It's just an illusion and also how they have been installed. I went and snapped a crappy photo to show you one on my tank. You can see the Vortech in front and the WAV in the back. Sorry for the bad phone photo!

Hey rev, can you do one from exactly the side? So we can see the Vortech and Wav.
