Hi Everybody,

I joined r2r a few months ago, and finally decided to get started waiting in the Des Moines airport after MACNA (sweet led's right?). I have a 210 gal mixed reef and a 300 gal epaulette shark system in N. Colorado.

Welcome to R2R! Pics please if possible. Would love to see the sharks since I no longer own a pair.

I'll see if I can find some pictures when I get home. Our shark is staying with a maintanence company right now after her 300 gal bowfront cracked . We are designing a new larger shark system to replace it, and I would love some input from someone who has kept multiple sharks...(any problems you ran into, what worked or didn't, or anything you would have done differently)

I had 2 marble bambo sharks. They started out in a 125 as pups. IMO, I would have added some other type of live rock (like dry rock or even DIY rock), as my sharks were almost over run by bristle worms within a year. Other than that, I would have loved to have kept them, but the 300 I had coming for them never happened and I had to let them go to another keeper that had a 450. Mine were my pride at the time. Been talking to the wife on possibly starting a shark pond(6 wide x 8 long x 4 deep) out on our lanai (but don't think that will happen).

Welcome to R2R, you've got some great locals down there in your area.

Welcome to R2R! We're definitely going to have to see some pics on your new set up!
