40B minimal rock. 1 Royal Gramma & 1 Bi-Color Blenny. Both very happy and healthy and I don't wanna disrupt them to much.

I'm thinking of a pair of Banggai Cardinals. Can't really think of anything else that isn't a cave dweller and surface to mid swimmer.

What say you all? :)

I think that a pair of Banggai's would be perfect, mostly static fish that are always out in the open and very Reef-Safe. If you were a bit closer would give you the last two still residing in my fuge. My male is holding eggs again now and would be nice to let the pod population grow out again for the new wee ones to eat.

Cheers, Todd

Bangaii pair would be nice. You could also do a flasher wrasse if you have a screen top or lid.

yes, I was thinking perhaps a wrasse if you have a cover - so many types and they are so colorful. very active too. I love my flamehawk and midas blenny.

I was looking at the Hawks :) I don't have a top nor planning to get one any time soon. But a McKoskers would be oooooh so nice!!
I'm thinking Banggai may be it. I've always loved their color and shape, just not sure about their food requirements. Will they take prepared, like Reef Frenzy? My tank is major shy of pods.

My bangaii take frozen foods like mysis easily. They don't eat pellets or flakes though.

My Banggai's (all of them) will eat most any frozen foods especially Mysis and Blood Worms and will also readily eat NLS pellets and Hikari Seaweed Extreme pellets. They will also risk diving into the mix of Tangs for a piece of Red Nori.

Cheers, Todd

Sweet! You have to post a video of that. I'd love to see it. Most bangaii would rather die than eat a pellet or nori.

I'll see what I can do video wise Gabriel, and see if I can find one of the Nori feeding frenzy where the female goes in and take a huge piece of Red Nori all in one gulp.

Cheers, Todd

I got 3 tank bred bangaii yesterday. They tried the NLS pellets once and spit them out. My old Wild bangaii wouldn't touch them ever.
