is It normal for hippo tangs and clownfish to be attacking dragonets and marine beta? just the beta and dragon yesterday and the dragon Is missing It's tail and the beta's fins are getting nipped a lot.

It's normal for many established fish to pick at newcomers. This is why adding a healthy, conditioned fish is crucial... we're literally throwing any new fish into battle with our existing fish. If physical damage is witnessed they should be separated by using an acclimation box or some type of divider for some time. Eggcrate works great for this. Look into "social acclimation" of fishes for more information.
