Fish bit in the eye

I reintroduced my two triggers into my DT today and my blue jaw bit my black trigger in the eye. Now the outer part has a whole in it and is cloudy. Pic attached. Any thoughts? Will it heal in the main tank? Going to be a pain to catch him out of the main tank and qt him again. He’s been in there for almost two months. Lol Poor guy!

I think it will. One of my borbonius Anthias attacked the other one in eye. It looked kinda similar to yours and healed on its own.
 
You might want to consider getting a wide spectrum antibiotic that works really well on infections of the eye just in case. Erythromycin works exceedingly well on eye infections.

This exactly. 14 days worth. You could add furan 2 to cover possible gram negative bacteria as well.
