Fish breathing rapidly

I need some help my my fish breathing rapidly an idk why these or my test for today Alk is 10.5  calcium is 440 any suggestions wold help

Could be ammonia, low oxygen or a disease. Your nitrate and phosphate won't give you any insight.
Test ammonia, make sure you have sufficient surface disruption from a powerhead or the filter.

Do a water change.

+1 to test ammonia and perform a water change. Closely check your fish for any diseases
