Fish choice??

Mystery Wrasse for sure! or maybe even a Radiant wrasse! Awesome fish very colorful and really don't require a ton of room. May need some kind of tank topper to keep them from hopping out though. Good luck on your decition.

i like melanurus and 4line they are nice workers and beautifull

Mystery wrasses can be aggressive. Most of the flasher and fairy wrasses are small, non aggressive, reef safe and colorful. Also the Hawaiian Flame wrasses stay small

I would NOT put a fairy into a 34gal. Yes, the lubbocks is a fairy, but they're just about the smallest out of the whole genus.

A flasher wrasse would be fine.

I've never had aggression issues with mine. IMO they are petty docile fish I have him with a radiant and smaller fish and inverts.

I've seen flame wrasses get pretty big. We have a pair of them in out 330 Thats the reason I'm a bit hesitant to put anything thats bigger into my tank

How about a Hi fin red banded goby that you pair with a pistol shrimp? The other fish I really like the bluespot jawfish. Very cool fish but you have to keep the tank covered because they will jump.
