I have a 45 gallon tank and current livestock is 3 Pajama Cardinals; Gramma Basslet; 1 Pistol Shrimp.

I want to add Radial Filefish and Melanurus Wrasse. Too many fish? Compatible problem?

Not sure on compatibility but definitely doesn't seem like too many fish for that tank. I have 4 in my 13.5g (small fish), 4 sexy shrimp, and 5 snails. My parameters haven't gotten out of hand and everyone seems happy. Tank has been running like this for a few weeks now as well.

Compatibility wise I feel like it's hit or miss. I've been told fish are compatible put them in my tank and they most definitely werent compatible.

All other those seem compatible and as long as you have enough hiding places and manage your nutrients, they should be able to be in that tank together
Fish combo is good but do know melanurus can acheive 5-6" in no time
Yellow coris, lunare, are good wrasse also
