I’ve have had my (approx) 60 gallon cube for about two years now with two B&W ocellaris clown fish. Three months ago I added a Pintail wrasse and the dominate clown has been picking on it and eventually got a hold of it. I have since put the wrasse into a hospital tank and it is recovering nicely but I’m trying to determine how best to introduce the wrasse back into the tank and if I need to somehow separate the clown as well. Any suggestions?

I’d put the wrasse, and a saucer of sand in a acclimatization box to “see” how the new introduction goes.
Does the clown go right for the box?
At least you can pull the wrasse easily, if things go south.
If so, it may require a new home.
I introduced every new fish this way.
This is a Red Sea Sailfin and YT Bristletooth, getting ready for release.

Thanks. I’ll give that a try as well as some rearranging if needed.
