Fish/Coral broadcast feeding concoction

I would like to combine my fish food/coral food into daily containers to enhance my consistency. I am considering mixed the following:

50ml tank water
25ml AB+ (for my water volume tank)
1/2 spoon of reef roids (spoon included with roids)
1/2 cube frozen mysis shrimp, and
phytoplankton (whatever amount recommended on the bottle)

Does anyone have any recommendations of things to add for my coral/fish health? (mixed reef). Does anyone have any concerns with me adding the above together and storing a 7-day supply in the fridge?

Selcon, Garlic, Aminos. I wouldn't refrigerate - I'd freeze the mix instead and remove daily as needed (AB+ needs to be constantly refrigerated).
