Fish dead

I cycle my 30gallons AIO tank . later on i build sump for that 30gallons in a few days my livestock died every day 2cf 1bluetang(tiny) 1 scoppas (tiny ) and a powder tang ., i do waterchange everyweek and my parameters is good but the light is have defect so it will close and open while im fixing . I dont know what is the cause of dying my livestock 1 by 1 everyday that the light stress my fish ?
