Hi can anyone help and tell me if there's anything to point out an obvious disease from the pic of this fish it's a trigger blenny just wondered if the white mark is anything specific thx
Also alot of my snail's have also just died suddenly if that helps ty

Tail spot blenny looks bloated and has mouth open suggesting low oxygen and also internal issue as simple as constipation. Sorry to see this

If you can post a tank pic and water parameters, then folks will be able to offer advise to avoid this from happening again. It seems like a water issue or a tank issue that’s probably easily corrected.

It is extremely difficult to determine what might have caused the death. If, as @Mr. Mojo Rising suggested, you could give more information that would be helpful. Not only for figuring out what happened with this fish but what might happen to anything else in the tank. Did you QT? with medication? Any other fish symptoms? Any other recent additions or any more you can think of.
