We have a 75 gal we had a a purple tip anemone that died and killed all our fish, we put new water n and recycled it with the live Rock that was n it, everything reads good, we put fish in it sat and today they died, my sump didn't have enough water in it and started suck air and blowing out alot of bubbles could this have killed them, that happened yesterday

We need a single test for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. That would be a good starting point for us to help. What was the specific gravity?

Do you use a swing arm or a refractometer?

What fish did you put in?

The pump blowing air into the tank wouldn't have killer them, but if most of your filtration is in the sump and there wasn't enough water to push it out, that means your tank could have been cut off from all of the filtration including a heater.

Can you double check your salinity and temperature to rule that out?

It was at 0 on all, and swing arm, salt reading is 1.024-1.025

Temp is 82 salt us 1.024-1.025, tangs, butterfly, coral beauty.
firefish and chocolate chip starfish and hawkfish n a red legged hermit crab are still alive

Well, tangs butterflies and angels aren't exactly the hardiest of fish, there are a lot of things that could have gone wrong there. But your readings look okay. Are your remaining fish acting normal and eating well? How long have you had them in there?

I would probably take it slowly with your next fish additions, just add one at a time and try to make sure you buy them from a reputable store.

They look ok how often should you feed a chocolate chip starfish

Just keep an eye on your temperature, 82 is on the high side, might want to double check against another thermometer.
Chocolate chips are scavengers so they'll eat leftover food but I usually target feed them with a big piece of mysis once a week or so.

How long have you had the other fish and how long has your tank been set up?

Just trying to cover all the basic questions here.
