Fish disease Anthias

Can anyone identify what is going on with this Anthias? She is in my QT and head looks indented and now skin sloughing off. Not sure what it is and thus not sure if I am treating it right.

Looks like a fungus but I am bad with fish diseases (no jokes please). You might try posting in the fish disease forum:
