Fish disease v shipping stress?

Sorry for post another question so soon. I purchased this wrasse online (lfs doesnt get in and will not order for some reason). I acclimated her x20 min float. Then 40min dripp aclimate with an air stone. I dont think shes going to make it. Please see the video (was taken just a few minutes after putting her in qt)

Should I medicate it with something or leave her be? Thank you.

I would just dim the lights and leave it be. Sorry, there isn't really any "treatment" you can do at this point.

Do you know the salinity the fish was shipped in versus your tank?

This species is pretty delicate overall. I understand that your LFS doesn't want to mess with them, I don't order them either.

Thank you! Ok I just wanted to make sure it didnt seem like an obvious disease at this point. I do not know what the salinity was that it shipped in. I know mine is 1.024. I don't honestly usually check what they come in I just dripp acclimate. I honestly think part of the issue is they shipped it with an ice pack! It's pretty cold out for that.
I'm hoping it pulls through! It just barried in the sand so I think thats a good thing for now.
