I received a fish DOA from an online vendor.

the discolouration colour around its belly has me worried - any ideas?

What are you worried about? It showed up dead so you don't have an issue in your tank, just request a refund (or am I missing something?)

Sorry - fair question. I’m trying to see if there are signs of disease. I can’t see any obvious sores like uronema, but there are other fish from the same vendor that arrived.
