Fish dropping dead!

Hey guys I just looked at my tank and I have two of my fish dead! Any idea what could cause this? They were fine yesterday

agree with others on detailed information about your system including parameter.. looks like tank is really young

About 6 months and looks like marine velvet. The fish almost look furry

Assuming some fish still alive....immediately set up a hospital tank and get the fish over to that tank. That kit you have is useless. I'm not the disease person, but believe copper (and maybe CP) are your best bet. Let's get the disease people looking.... @4FordFamily , @HotRocks

While some report it helps a little, I believe its fairly snake oil-ish.

If velvet is the culprit, you’ll want to remove and treat in a quarantine with copper or CP.

So I noticed 2 dead fish in my 20gal nano on Friday. Have 2 clownfish and a blue chromis still alive in my tank, I noticed marine velvet covering the two clowns. I went out and bought “Kick Ich & Rally.” I posted this on this forum and people said I need to quarantine. Today I put all 3 in a 5...

Question to follow along with this. In the article its says that in some cases, fish are able to prevail through the disease (velvet). If a few fish do survive, is velvet like ich where it will forever remain present in the tank lying inactive until new fish are introduced? Or is it possible after the fish survive giving it a few months to live out the "life cycle" and the disease be no longer present?

I am currently dealing with velvet issue from ONE fish I decided to get from a different LFS then I normally go to, and now YAAY disease. I do not have an ability of a QT tank, so im essentially limited to just keeping my fingers crossed an hoping some fish make it through, otherwise I will be starting all over with my livestock.
