Fish during cycling Anthias?

Just brought my tank back to life today. What do you think of 3 anthias for cycle and ongoing?

Fish in cycle isnt widely practiced anymore as it can be harmful to fish. And if the fish die you're out that money. Best bet is to ghost feed the tank and monitor levels, or pick up a bottle of dr Tim's to cycle the tank

Anthias are hard 2 keep in general. Not a good fish to use during cycling.

Thanks it's been a long time. I started reeling when it wasn't even heard of. My first tanks had plastic bottoms to filter. I am going to pick up a bottle of cycle nutrition to cycle I guess.
