It seems like every new fish that I get from the fish store lasts anywhere from 3 days to about a month in my tank and then dies. I have had a pair fo clownfish, pair of banggais, and a 6 line wrasse for a while, but all new fish will not stay alive and I do not know why!

Please give me some reasoning to this!

My water is 0 nitrates and nitrites, .25 phosphorus, 8.4 pH, and 1.025 salinity.

Maybe it's the fish store you are making the purchases from. Unhealthy livestock is not easy to care for if they haven't been in the best health to begin with.

What I'd your tanks temp and size? And what is your acclimation process? What do you feed your fish?

93 Cube
between 80 and 82 degrees
drip acclimation for about an hour
PEMysis.

Over the past 6 months I have lost a diamond goby, yellow tang, yellow coris wrasse, and I think a very small lawnmower blenny (I cannot find him, but not sure he is dead)

I went through similar issues with new fish, believe it was from fluctuating temp. Always check the sg. of your water change water and make sure it is heated to the same temp as your tank. That killed many of my new fish. A few other notes I'm sure you know tangs are mostly herbivorous and need a good amount of greens in their diet, especially new tangs, they should always have some sea veggies or nori to eat for the first couple weeks as new tangs can be finnicky. Also fortify your food with garlic, like garlic extreme or garlic guard for a good time after adding new fish. I do it daily regardless. I also highly recommend Larry's reef frenzy its practically magic.

Have all your deaths been some what mysterious? Your sure its not a disease?

Yeah they have been mysterious. Diamond goby did well for a month then gone all the sudden. and the wrasse went into the sand as soon as I added him. three days later he came out of the sand. I fed later that day and as soon as I fed he went back in the sand and the next day he showed up dead.
