Salinity way too Low - should be 1.024-1.026 !!! Bring it up asap and temp too warm. . . bring down to 79. At 82 deg . . oxygen is reduced. Add oxygen via air stone
How old is this tank ???

Why is your salinity so low and your temp so high?
A rapid change would kill him for sure but I would start upping the salinity and lowering the temp slowly. Also if you can get him held up right using some crates and tie-straps so that some flow is going over him it would help his survival odds a lot.

82 degrees is a bit high but not super bad for a FOLWR and salinity is fine, many LFS run even lower salinity on FOWLR tanks. some ich treatment have like .009 salt levels so id doubt its the salt or temp. maybe in the long term this could effect the fish, but id say that ammonia is the likely problem

might just be a natural death. see what the others say, best of luck
Thanks. He is my most favorite fish. This is second time. The first time i got him over two year and just die overnight. Same like this. This time only 6 month . So sad
