Can’t see your video, but I would transfer the fish to NSW and start to treat it with the appropriate medication after you identify the parasite.

The fish died, he was in quarantine. He and was laying at the bottom of the tank so I moved him to a different tank with no medication. He swam but then started having Seasiders around the tank. I checked my levels they were good. I called the fish store I got it from they said they just got them in and said it was probably from stress. Thanks for your help anyway
