Fish dying!!!

I have not seen my scooter blenny in 2 days and my blue tang is laying on his side breathing hard. He has white spots all over him. (Pic below) WHAT SHOULD I DO? What kind of disease is it?? Are all my fish going to get it??

The fish has ich. All fish should be moved into a separate qt and treated with copper power at 2.5 ppm for 30 days. The tank should remain fishless for 60 days.
