I have a fish, which I kinda wish I did not have! It is a Blue/Green Chromis and it just RUINS feeding time! He eats everything I put in, before anyone else has a chance to get any. I have more shy fish that stay on the bottom...waiting...waiting... I end up having to over feed the tank to try to get food to everyone. I'm battling GHA and high Phosphates (.45 ppm today)...thinking the over feeding has much to do about this.

What do you do in a situation like this?

Thanks for any ideas/tips/advice!

Chris

Have you tried sinking granules? Soft Line Marine is one brand I utilize. Most sink fairly quickly however there are the odd granules when I feed that float on surface for awhile...it's a win win imo.

High flow and flake food. It will scatter throughout the tank so the other fish can get some. You will need lots of macro and good lighting in the refugium to remove the nitrates with a high waste producer like that, or you will never defeat the GHA.

I had 3 damsels I thought were the SWEETEST things
Then cleaner shrimp dissapears
Yada yada
U know how that went
No more damsels now I added a latticed butterfly and a clown pair
