I have never had a saltwater tank before. I have always had fresh and finally got into salt. My questions are #1- i want to start my light cycle for my corals ( once I get some) later so I can enjoy it at night. I plan on my blues coming on around 11am can I feed the fish before the light comes on cause I head to workaround 8 am so I won't be home when the light comes on. My second question is how much to feed and how many times a day. Right now I have two clowns a cardinal fish, a orange shoulder tang and a diamond watchmen goby so far. The normal feeding I have been doing so far is once a day in the morning and rotating pellets one day and mysis shrimp the next. Then doing some green marine algae three times a week. Should I be feeding twice a day or what? Any info on this will be great. Thanks

I feed once a day. But your tank is to small for that tang and at the same time you should have food for it in the tank everyday. I would put some algae in the tank in the morning before work if you can't when the lights come on
