I have QT my fish and I notice that sometimes my harlequin bassinet and melanarus wrasse scratch against the rock. I been keeping an eye on them and other fish four over a week and not single spot on any fish. I have 3 chromos coral beauty lawnmower blenny clown and engineer goby. Is there other disease that’s not ich that can cause fish to scratch. It doesn’t happen often when they scratch but it happens. Would appreciate any feedback

There's a lot of different parasites that can cause flashing and scratching. Did you do any Prazipro treatments while they were in quarantine?

Could be flukes as suggested above did you use Prazipro while in QT? If you can catch one a quick freshwater bath could confirm this.

Wrasse had 2 doses of general cure and bassinet just had hypo treatment. Wrasse digs in sand so I saw two needle tip size dots. I do have find sand so I’m not sure but all fins are clear and in past when I had ich dots were bigger and more of them on fish
