Just wondering if I can get your opinions on the food I plan on buying for some upcoming fish.

No fish at the moment but figured I'd take advantage of the sales, I am hoping to have clownfish, tangs, gobys, cardinals, and coral...

Newlife Spectrum Pellets 2mm or should I go bigger
Omega One Flakes with Garlic
Seaweed Sheets
Frozen Brine and Mysis Shrimp

Should I add some other ones or remove some?

Also 2 additional questions:

1) How often do you feed your fish? With my FW community tank they were fed once every 2 days, with Discus it was twice a day. What do you guys find is best? I am not big on overfeeding.

2) If I get coral in the future, will the above food be good enough for them or should I get more specific coral food.

Thank you in advance!

I think your starter list looks good. I also like blended foods like Rods foods and reef frenzy just to keep the variety up.

1) to start with 1-2X will be fine. As you get into fussier fish such as anthias you may need more. I use a auto feeder to feed pellets 3X per day then feed my frozen food 1x per day when i get home from work. Just keep the portions small

2) corals get most of their food from lights, fish poop, left over fish food so, depending on the coral, target feeding isn't necessary. So people like to target feed and there are food like LPS pellets that work well. Products like Reef Roids, benepellets, reef fuel, etc can also be used occasionally as supplement coral food.

You've got a good variety. The fish will tell you what they like ;Joyful
Would just try to stay consistent with feedings. I do frozen twice a day with the occasional pinch of flake on the weekends.
It's hard to overfeed frozen. I'm sure you'll dial it in once you see how well your filtration performs.

Feeding at least once a day helps me not feel like I'm starving them and lets you have some time to sit and look at the tank without feeling guilty that the fish are wondering if you're gonna give em something to eat. Also, more frequent feeding probably equals fewer issues with fish eating inverts or corals, or crabs eating corals.
