Generally speaking, no. Saltwater fish need fatty acids (Omega 3) that is generally not in freshwater fish food.

Not really mate. The country is going in for a lock-down and all LFSs are out of stock on Marine Fish Food

I understand and sorry to hear that. Freshwater food would be better than none at all considering the circumstance. Is ordering online an option for you before the lock down hits?

Go to a market and get some frozen raw shrimp, frozen raw clams, mussels, squid etc... and blend it all up. Freeze it and use it as needed.

Basically what LRS food is. I feed LRS Fish Frenzy (along with some other stuff mixed in), and my fish (and crabs and shrimp) love it! Sorry to hear about the lockdown closing everything.

Fresh sea food is definitely a great alternative you just have to keep an eye on your nutrients with the dramatic change from flake to all the frozen options listed above.
