I've had three fish go missing in the past month. A clown, midas blenny and six line wrasse.

I found no remnants in the tank nor mummy on the floor. The tank has a mesh cover. The only thing I can think of is that I have a Red Sea Max E170 and the grill on the circulation pump fell out, a snail got in there and I can see how a fish may have.

But seems odd that I can't find bodies?

All values are good. Phosphates near 0, nitrates 1.5, alk 8.8, PH 8.2.

Not odd at all. CUC will rapidly reduce the carcass, which is usually wedged in under a rock.

If all other live stock are good, ie the other fish, all the coral is doing really well, the refugium is growing macro well, what would cause it? I can't pinpoint anything. Unless its an over-aggressive emerald crab or something.

Hard to say. Would need to know more about the fish that died. Were they new, any wierd symptoms.

None at all. The midas blenny was fully grown when I got it, so could have been old? But the six line and the clown were perfectly fine, then just disappeared over night. I have a camera trained on the tank. You could see at night the midas sleeping in its hide, then it left and gone.

I have a hawk fish, clown, lawnmower blenny and fire fish and goby. The fire fish and goby hide most of the time. The tank is SPS, zoa and LPS mix, and all those are growing well. Tank was setup last October. These three fish were the first introduced.
