I have a blue jaw male trigger and recently I have noticed that he has some trouble with balance. He teeters back and forth more than usual. He doesn't remain straight in the water column. He ambles. Sometimes its normal but this is constant. Eating has decreased somewhat. I will do a water change but I just did kne last weekend. Its a 90 gallon established tank. The female is fine. But rather than remaining perpindicular his top ranges 11 to 1 oclock. Maybe 10:30 to 1:30. His bottom 7:30 to 5:30. Its not not normal for him. Is there a disease that would cause this? He is the tank boss. I notice his front teeth more. He is showing them more. He never used to do that.

A video under white lighting would be super helpful in assessment.
Can be possible internal issue or bladder issue.
Should it be, Seachem metroplex added to its foods will help with that

I think its a sudden change in water parameters led to this. I had given to me a small bucket of expensive red sea reef salt. Usually i use instant ocean or reef crystals. it was shortly after using the high end salt that this began.

How often would you say the Metroplex should be given and for how long? And is ruby reef metroplex ok because I already used it I didn't know seachem had metroplex.

So heres a link to the video. Its short. He hides for awhile. Its a little hard to see but he is teetering. Like a row boat in chop on the lake. Triggers swim with the top and bottom fin. But the remain straight. I have being putting RubyReef Metroplex drops on the food. He doesn't eat as much as he normally does but does eat daily. I have gotten a few few pieces into him with the Metroplex on it. He is the Trigger to the left. Not sure if this link work.

Mixed is acceptable although not recommended. Treatment is 2 weeks and use one scoop of MetroPlex to a tbsp of food (preferably pellets or frozen food). If foods are dry, add a few drops of tank water to it
