Have a 120 long (60x18x26), with an anemone, a pair of clowns, and a McCoskers Wrasse.

Would like to add something like a group of 6 Pajama Cardinals or something of the sort. Another recommended a group of green chromis but everything I have read indicates that group will be down to one in time.

The last fish I add will be a fox face, and a pair of tangs (yellow and Kole or possibly hippo, as a local shop owner says I have enough open room and length for one but we will see).

I plan to have LPS corals so I think an angel is out.

Just not sure what would be a good addition...maybe a small group of female mccoskers?

Help me out R2R!

What kind of nem? I think the hippo will be a no...or at least you will have to be prepared for it to outgrow your tank eventually. I just picked up a chocolate mimic tang, the adult coloration is pretty cool and they are supposedly not as obnoxious as some other acantherus tangs. Live aquaria rates them for 120 gallons.

I would forgo the female flashers...they will all become male eventually. I think you would be ok with chromis, or even one of the more peaceful anthias (like dispar or carberryi) or, you could have a few fairy and flasher wrasses of different species, as many will co-exist. But, depending on the nem you have...some might become lunch :/

Bubble tip anemone.

The tangs are a ways off. I thought about anthias but you need to feed 3-4 times a day. Due to work, I am able to feed once a day.

Think 6 pajama cardinals will be a solid addition. Maybe a few more flasher wrasses of different varieties, the fox face, tangs and call it a day

The chocolate mimic looks cool. But if I add with with a yellow tang will there be issues? Same color, but different shapes.

I'm housing mine with a kole so I can't speak from experience with a yellow, maybe someone more knowledgeable will chime in; but I *think* they should be ok. Maybe use an acclimation box and try to get whichever tang you add second a bit bigger than the first, or add them together and hope for the best.

I am thinking about getting the mimic (if I go that route) first and let that get super established and add the yellow last.
