Fish help

Hey everyone need some advice and it would help a lot. To start off I got a 112g tank 100 pounds of rock bare bottom tank. I have a porcupine puffer, hybrid tang, yellow tang, damsel, and a dotty back the puffer runs the top of the tank the other fish hide in the rocks. My fish eat but don’t get excited to eat besides the puffer. My yellow tang did not want to eat today and is staying in one spot. I don’t know if I should re-aquascape or take them out in put them in quarantine no signs of ich or anything I can see. A lot of help would be appreciate.

Did a 10g water change on Sunday and tested the water 2 days ago 102.6 ammonia 0 nitrite is 0 and nitares are 40 temp 78 and ph 8

The puffer since April the tangs since Early May and the other 2 for 5 months
