Fish ID Help Please

This may sound stupid, but liveaquaria has a yellow and blue, what I believe to be a wrasse, on it's frontpage ad. Can someone help me ID what that is? I really like it

That is a wrasse indeed, I think it's a photoshoposis ripoffisi (lol). Absolutely gorgeous, definitely a wrasse of some kind. Tagging along because I would like to know also.
