I think it's the angle, but it does looks somewhat like a waspfish/lionfish in the pic.
It definitely looks very similar to P. Boreus. I wonder if this is just a juvenile? The guy (who is the owner and I generally trust) said thats about full size but who knows, he could also be misinformed
P. boreus max size is roughly 1 inch, so they're tiny little guys.
I’d say this is likely a juvenile Priolepis boreus as the bars go almost totally down the body.Hey y'all, was at my LFS and saw this little dude in a box with Trimma gobies. The guy told me what it was called, but I can't seem to remember the exact name. If I recall, he called it something along the lines of a "banded cave goby" but I can't find any info on it using that name. It's the little yellow dude in the top left of the Pic, very small. Definitely a nano fish of some kind.
Thinking about it! I wanted more information before making an informed decision. My housemate has a 5gal so I was thinking of suggesting it to him!
