Fish ID please

Does anyone know what kind this fish is? Some sort of wrasse?

A female Pseudojuloides wrasse, looks to be cerasinus, but most of the females are difficult to distinguish.

Thanks for the prompt reply eatbreakfast! Are they hard to keep? Reef safe?

Reef safe, similar in care to a leopard wrasse, very peaceful.
