I actually thought it was a yellow tail damsel at first till I got a better look

Damsel. Not sure which though. Seen them myself in the Caribbean.

Pomacentrus coelestis looks like but can possibly be a Chrysiptera hemicyanea looks more like the first one! Google it check images to help verify it but that's my guess
