Any chance you can get better pics showing all of the fins (hopefully extended)? A close up of the dorsal fins and caudal fin showing ray counts might help too. The markings on this fish are quite unique. I wonder if it has another color phase, because so far, nobody seems to have captured a pic of it except you! Maybe it's a new species?
Thanks to everyone for all of the information.Probably came in as an assorted goby from Indo or Philippines. I would lean towards Genus like Istigobius or Bathygobius but very hard to ID exactly. Could even be a brackish water fish like the Cresteds are.
