Tough one from those pics. Could you get a better one, maybe? I know it's hard.

If it is a Ctenochaetus (looks to be), there are only so many choices and we can rule out many of them.
It's not a:
kole,
white tail,
tomini,
or truncated, for example.

That only leaves us with a few. C. striatus isn't a bad guess.

Will tey I think orange stripe by fishguy could be it. However the stripes are not orange but bluish actually. The orange is more in its fin as its mood changes (all fins would change f oh om dark brown to orange).

yep exactly what colors i was guessing on
