Hello all, wondering what type of Anthias this is, kind of bland coloring but I like him, just couldn’t find any other Anthias that my eye could match with him. Thanks!

A proper diet and tank size would likely turn its color around.
I like spectrum pellets or TDO for a complete diet.

Well that’s good to know, at the lfs she was in a tiny tiny tank, now in a 65g lightly stocked hopefully that’s enough, and I’ll look into ordering some of those foods, one more question she has a habit of kind of just sitting on the sand bed upright, not looking sickly or ill, and perks up whenever I pass by the tank. She has a great appetite and is very active when I’m around but if I sit on the couch per say she will sit down, is that normal with Anthias? Otherwise healthy just a weird habit she was qt’d for 60 days ect ect.

My lone lyretail in my 40g was def a people person. She was my favorite fish and would always follow me around the tank when i walked by it.
but kind of agressive to every other tank mate.
