That looks like a really blurry picture of a surprisingly white Oxymonacanthus sp. (the two species being O. longirostris and O. halli) specimen. It's possible that it's aberrant, which would explain the white color, or it could just be something like a bad picture or a highly stressed specimen (though I'm not sure if these guys can hide their spots when stressed).

Orange spot file fish

oxymonacanthus longirostris by the looks of it, very picky and needs to be fed multiple times a day, i do not recommend it for the average aquarist.

@Rtaylor your playground :)
Yes, looks like oxymonocanthus longirostris (aka orange spotted filefish). Just like most fish they can appear more pale in certain situations. When there is aggression they get more blue. Females also tend to be more pale than males.

Definitely need to understand the needs of this fish as it has special feeding needs.

yea it is the orange spotted file fish. i didnt think thats what it was originally because it looked white, but there is another vid of the same tank and fish on brs where it has the teal/orange coloration.

thanks for the reply, i just didnt think it was the orange spotted because it looked white in that vid but another vid of the same tank/fish has the exact coloration in those pics.
