I have a 200 gallon tank with
Threadfin snapper 8”
Magnificent foxface 6”
Emperor angel 5”
Blue throat trigger 5”
Purple tang 4”
Polleni grouper 4”
Bi color ange 3”

Gonna get:
Blue dot ray
Coral cat shark
Harlequin tusk
Guinea fowl puffer
Achilles tang
Naso tang
Banana wrasse
Some type of eel (haven’t decided yet)

For my last addition/s, I am looking for one or more red-pink fish. All of my fish are very docile, so can’t be anything super aggressive… is there a large type of anthias?

There is A. Noeli that gets like a foot long.

But 200 gallons and only one wrasse? Seems a shame.

The shark and ray both have way larger minimum tank sizes than a 200. Lowest recommendation I saw when doing a quick search was 360 gallons…

I’ve asked a few people who have them, and they all agree a 200 is good, as the shark isn’t that active, and the ray is the smallest ray you can get

…. if you have room for a honest assessment then that tanks list is tight, very tight IME …
200 could handle the “bio-load” but just the sheer size potential of your stocking list IMO is pressing it

edit added: I’m not “preaching” any doctrine et as I have a grossly overstocked tank myself …. (I plan on upgrading eventually)
