Fish Identification - Yellow, pink strips and two black spots

I would like assistance identifying the fish pictured below. I recently added a Multicolor Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse and the yellow fish below appears to be bullying the Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse.

Oh I just read the rest...your wrasse is probably doomed. My hogfish killed a flame and a blue throat with harrassment in a matter of 2 weeks. All was fine until the hogfish became "mature"...

Thanks. Probably explains why my shrimp disappeared. Would CBD oil laced fish food mellow him out? LOL. I'll see if I can catch him.

Nah, it would need to be the real stuff with the THC in it.
