Likely a bacterial infection.

How long has this been going on? Are the red areas getting larger over time?

Agree. NFG is the best treatment for this, although until you can source it kanaplex metroplex and furan 2 will help.

3 days a go this happend.
I would move the fish to QT and add either NFG or the Trifecta (Metroplex, Kanaplex, and Furan-2). Either treatment should be a duration of 10-14 days. Also keep in mind that fish can be slow to respond to antibiotics so you may not see improvement until the latter part of treatment. If you see improvement earlier on continue for a minimum of 10 days.

Are you asking if cupramine will treat a bacterial infection?

Is it possible to see if these red areas contain of a lot of pinprick or if it is a red solid area? Try to look under the belly of the fish as well. any pinpricks there? If it is "pinpricks" my experiences say that it is an internal bacterial infection, probably vibrio. The red pattern at the base of the caudal fin and in the beginning of the base of the dorsal fin indicate this too.

Does the fish eat and behave normal? How fast have the symptoms developed?

I would take it out from the aquaria. It is never wise to have an active internal bacterial infection going on in an aquarium. If you will have clear indications of a internal bacterial infection - Furan-2 or other medicine with Nitrofurazone will help if it a internal bacterial infection. When handling Nitrofurazone be aware of that it is a known carcinogenic substance. Wear gloves and avoid inhaling the powder or contacting the skin. It is fat soluble and can be transported into your body through the skin. It was developed in order to give a effective medicine in fish farms - however - here in Sweden it is forbidden to use it in order to treat fish that will become human food and I think it is the same in many other countries too

Sincerely Lasse
